E1 JDE Last Login Date for User

A client in Japan was wondering whether it was safe to delete inactive users in JDE E1.

It is absolutely safe as long as it is not system users or user ID that is being used for scheduler.

One of the checking that we made was to check the last login date for the users list.

We were always prepared as we have set the JDE.INI for [Security] section History = 1.

Therefore, we are able to utilize the table F9312 to check for the last login date for the users.

We cross reference the table F98OWSEC for those disabled users to confirm that it would be safe to delete it.

Be aware that these 2 tables mentioned are system table - SY812.
